Do you or one of your relatives benefit from the Teleassistance and/or Postman's Visit service from Veille sur ma parents? Thanks to the new free mobile application of Watching over my parents, follow and manage the services with ease!
For who ?
The application is accessible if you are a service subscriber, beneficiary, or designated local contact
How to access it?
Simply download the application and log in using your La Poste Account. If you don't have an account yet, create one in a few clicks from the Veiller sur mes parents app or online at www.laposte.fr.
IMPORTANT: Log in or create your La Poste account using the subscriber's email address declared when subscribing to the service.
What does the application do?
If you are a customer or local contact of the traditional remote assistance service or on the move:
• Be notified if remote assistance is triggered: alert or call to the monitoring and assistance center
• Receive alerts and intervention reports
• Follow the correct installation and operation of remote assistance equipment
If you are a customer or local contact of the postman's visit service:
• Consult the reports of the visits carried out by the postman
• Be informed in case of absence of the beneficiary during a planned visit
• Receive souvenir photos of the visit, as well as the recipient's mood - NEW
• Be informed of the needs raised during the postman's visit: Shopping, outings, repairs, etc.
• Notify other members of the community of the management of a need reported in the report of the visit – NEW
The application also allows you to:
• View service-related events from the calendar: Alert issued, installation follow-up, next visits, available reports, etc.
• Activate and receive your push notifications, even when you are not connected to the application
• Find the answer to your questions with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - NEW
If you subscribe to the service, you can also:
• Consult your last invoice and access your invoice history
• Download or share an invoice
• Modify the day(s) of the week defined for the postman's visit
• Add, delete, modify the coordinates of a proximity contact
• Fill in the contact details of the beneficiary's attending physician, in order to facilitate the work of the emergency services if necessary
• Access your contract and any amendments
• Consult and modify your personal & banking data
